<aside> <img src="/icons/light-bulb_gray.svg" alt="/icons/light-bulb_gray.svg" width="40px" /> Use this template to track sales leads and customer interactions.
Edit individual items to add notes about each customer.
Add additional **database properties** as you see fit.
You can relate CRM contacts to sales meeting notes, contracts, proposals, etc. **Learn more about database relations here**
When adding clients, make sure to fill in all the properties e.g. Last Contact to follow up with Re-Activation List in the future.
1st TP: Wait for 2 days then follow up
2nd TP: Wait for 2 days then follow up
3rd TP: Wait for 4 days then follow up
4th TP: Last email then move them to Re-Activation List > Time Out (leave 90 days),
When you’ve gone through your 4th TP with a prospect, move them to Re-Activation List > Time Out (leave 90 days) after the last touch point, and then you move them to Re-activate group.
When moved to Re-Activate send no more than 2 emails. Once 2 emails have been sent and there is no answer, you can move them back to the time-out group and wait for another 90 days before sending emails.
When we get “stood up” by a scheduled prospect, that prospect will return to the 1st touch point and go through the touch points. Every prospect gets to reschedule a maximum of 2 times, after that, they’ll be sent to… P U R G A T O R Y AKA “No Stage”.
Keep in mind to update the “Stood Up Status” </aside>
